Oh shix, I forgot. Well I didn't forget really. I sent her a birthday card and age ago from here. I then phoned her on Saturday (am my time, pm her's) and she wasn't in. But when I phoned it was only to say Hi, I'd forgotten it was her birthday, so my voice mail didn't include birthday message. So I'm just sitting here now musing over the activities of the past 3 hours - more on that later and realised its 4 December. NO! Mum's birthday is 2nd! Christ I can't believe I forgot, I'm blaming it on the weather - usually its miserable and cold and it signals thats my Mums birthday to my little brain....

I had my son on 30 November - my wedding anniversary to another man, another story that one) and I was madly praying the baby would not be born on 2nd December so in case it was a girl it wouldn't be like my mum. Should have gone with that option as he came out like his grumpy grandad, my dad!!!

So how can I forget her birthday, T's come first then Mums!! Well thankfully I didn't forget his.
